This is the fist picture other than ones he himself added to his favorites,so i thought i might take a cruise on your profile, and i am pleasantly surprised. i think your art is wonderful. delightfully sharp and clean, yet grim and macabre. i found often people that simply draw and paint things like this "Because its creepy". I very much hope this isn't the case with you, People should paint what they see, what inspires the, The strange the mystery of things like this, are what inspire me. or the heroics of a memorable character of my own series. which i also am inspired by, so hence my pictures.
I love the details in the picture, the rust from the bolts in the leather, and the leather itself, is very crisp and well done, i find the cleaner the art is, and the more detailed, obviously the more skilled the artist.
While looking at this it instantly reminded me of two things, movies, one of which i have not seen yet. Hell raiser and The never ending story, and it brought to mind the question.
What would it be like to see an album of these paintings, of so much work put into them, turned into a story. a series of painting telling something. I believe all paintings say things one way or another, and im sure that this has been done, but admiring the fantasy like aspect.
